First step :
· Open CMD first and make sure it is open normally
· Next you change the address to drive "C: \", how to type "cd C /" then Enter
· Next you type the following command netsh interface tcp set global autotuning = disabled
The second way:
1. Make sure CMD is open normally
2. Immediately type ipconfig / all command on the CMD screen
3. Look for DNS Servers, then you note to be easy to remember. Let's
assume the DNS servers are 8.8.8.8 then make the command in cmd ping -l
50000 8.8.8.8 -t
4. After that minimize CMD and leave it open because this CMD will continue to work automatically

back to normal then you go into CMD and type "netsh interface tcp set
global autotuning = normal". But make sure you are running with run as
administrator.
